Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We do not offer same day delivery on any of our products.
We use Royal Mail to send all orders, their aim is to deliver within 3 working days, however while this service is very reliable please bear in mind this is not 100% guaranteed, particularly in busy periods of the year.
We ship to the UK only (England, Wales, and Scotland including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man).
Due to the nature of the items we are unable to accept refunds. If you are unsatisfied for any reason then please drop us a PM on Facebook or get in touch via email and we will do our best to resolve the matter for you.
